This month, we hosted our fourth annual Town Hall meeting. Thirty parents came together with staff and leadership who passionately care about our children and families. Together, we discussed the client experience, ways we can improve, and things we could be doing differently. At our Town Hall meetings, everyone has a voice.
Families gave suggestions on how to improve services and fundraising initiatives, additional training to increase staff capabilities, and concerns regarding appointment times. Leaders at The Children’s Center are immensely thankful for the families’ robust participation at the Town Hall. With this information we know where to focus our efforts to improve services.
You, our amazing supporters, volunteers, and community partners, make the biggest impact on our ability to improve services for our families. You plant flowers in the gardens and you read books to the children. Now that we are equipped with the families’ ideas on how to make The Children’s Center better, we look forward to working with you on making those ideas a reality!
