    Tracey serves as the fractional CFO for the Children’s Center where she is responsible for the organization’s strategic leadership, financial infrastructure, team management and oversight, reporting and analysis, forecast and cash flows and special projects.

    A dynamic leader, Tracey brings more than 30 years of diverse industry experience and an extensive portfolio of services to this role. As an accomplished CFO and entrepreneur, Tracey has successfully managed companies and served numerous business sectors including charter schools, government, non-profit and for-profit organizations across multiple industries. Tracey is widely respected for her skills as a charter school CFO, having served in this capacity for 26 years for multiple charter schools throughout the state of Michigan.

    A graduate of Ferris State University, Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She is the founder and president of Yecart Accounting Services, LLC., which provides a full suite of accounting services and consultation to corporations, small businesses, and non-profit organizations including churches.
